PSY Studio had no web presence beyond Instagram. Merch drops were managed through DMs, orders tracked in WhatsApp groups, and there was no way to browse artist portfolios or book online.

A complete brand website with artist portfolio pages, an e-commerce store for merch drops with inventory management, integrated booking flow, and a backend order management system.

Launched to 50 merch orders in the first week. Booking requests increased 3x from organic web traffic. The studio team manages all orders from one dashboard.
