Azadi Records were managing their entire catalogue - 32+ releases, multiple artists, complex royalty splits - across 6 disconnected spreadsheets. Every release meant hours of manual updates, and mistakes were inevitable.

// what we built

A centralised catalogue management system with a live overview dashboard, ISRC tracking, automated split calculations, and a licensor management module. Built in React with a Supabase backend.

Onboarded in a single day. Expanding to every label on the Azadi roster. Artist-facing app in development.
